Breksi Cliff
A former quarry turned natural stage, with breathtaking carvings in the rock.
This place used to be just a limestone quarry. Now its walls are carved with dragons and shadow-puppet figures. We climbed to the top and were met with a wide view over Yogyakarta.
That afternoon was windy. We took photos to our heart's content, then sat at the edge sharing a single cup of warm tea. Simple, but it stuck with us.
